We must become accepting and relaxed in every social situation and environment that we find ourselves in. Anything you do should only matter to you, and no one else’s opinion should matter. Think of any social environment as you being in your most comfortable state of mind or environment. The one place on Earth where you feel most relaxed and at peace. Calm the mind and allow your body to flow, act accordingly to how your mind feels naturally. This will hinder your mind from over thinking.
The Five Second Rule by Mel Robins is brilliant and should be applied whenever the thought of hesitation becomes present. Once you hesitate for more than three seconds, you are likely not going to do what your mind initially instructed you to do.

Not the mere and useless thoughts of anyone around you at any given time. That is minuscule and should hold no weight in your mind. Begin to implement the Five Second Rule into your daily routine and you’ll begin to feel a lot more confident in social situations!
